चंद्रपूर - वेस्टर्न कोलफिल्ड्स लिमिटेड चंद्रपूरच्या लालपेठ विभागाद्वारे मागील वर्षी जून महिन्यात वेकोली मधून सेवानिवृत्त झालेले शंकर दिंडेवार यांना उपक्षेत्र प्रबंधक द्वारे अति आवश्यक पत्र पाठवीत तात्काळ क्वार्टर खाली करण्याचे निर्देश देत सेवानिवृत्त कामगाराचा वेकोलीद्वारे मानसिक छळ करण्याचा प्रकार उघडकीस आला आहे.
लालपेठ हा भाग वेकोलीच्या मालकीचा आहे, त्यामध्ये अनेक कर्मचारी व सेवानिवृत्त झालेल्या कामगारांचे कुटुंब वास्तव्यास आहे. Western coalfields limited
शंकर दिंडेवार हे वेकोली मधून वर्षाभरापूर्वी सेवानिवृत्त झाले होते, वेकोली तर्फे 25 ऑगस्टला शंकर दिंडेवार यांच्या नावे क्वार्टर खाली करण्यासंदर्भात पत्र काढले मात्र ते पत्र लालपेठ येथील उपक्षेत्र कार्यालयातून लालपेठ मध्ये पोहचायला तब्बल 15 दिवसांचा कालावधी लागला.
9 सप्टेंबर ला दिंडेवार यांना पत्र मिळाले त्यामध्ये 10 सप्टेंबर ला क्वार्टर खाली करावे अन्यथा वेकोलीतर्फे नियमानुसार कारवाई केल्या जाणार असे नमूद आहे.
सदर पत्रा बाबत राष्ट्रीय कोयला खदान मजदूर संघ इंटक चे महामंत्री के.के सिंग यांना माहिती मिळताच त्यांनी तात्काळ वेकोली चंद्रपूर क्षेत्रचे मुख्य महाप्रबंधकला पत्र दिले, त्यांनी दिलेला पत्रात नमूद केले की दिंडेवार यांना दिलेले नोटीस हे अनियमित व भ्रष्टाचाराच्या श्रेणीत येत असल्याचे व हेतू परस्पर दिंडेवार यांना सदर नोटीस दिली आहे.
चंद्रपूर वेकोली क्षेत्रात आज हजारो कर्मचारी सेवानिवृत्त झाले आहे, ते आजही वेकोलीच्या जागेवर राहत आहे, त्यांच्याशिवाय ज्यांचा वेकोली सोबत तिळमात्र संबंध नाही असे लोक अनेक वर्षांपासून तिथे राहत आहे, त्यांच्यावर आजपर्यंत कसलीही कारवाई झाली नाही.
त्यांना सोडून फक्त एका माणसाला जाणूनबुजून लक्ष्य केल्या जात आहे. Retired employee
के.के सिंग यांनी 4 दिवसात त्या पत्राबाबत खुलासा सादर करण्याची विनंती केली आहे अन्यथा याबाबत भ्रष्टाचार व अनियमिततेची दखल घेत इंटक तर्फे आंदोलन करण्याचा इशारा सिंग यांनी वेकोली व्यवस्थापनाला दिला.
Chandrapur - Western Coalfields Limited Chandrapur's Lalpeth Division sent a very urgent letter to Shankar Dindewar, who retired from Vekoli in June last year, through the sub-area manager, directing him to vacate his quarters immediately.
The Lalpeth area is owned by Vekoli, where many employees and retired workers' families reside.
Shankar Dindewar had retired from Vekoli a year back, Vekoli issued a letter on 25th August in favor of Shankar Dindewar to vacate quarters but it took about 15 days to reach Lalpeth from the Sub Area Office at Lalpeth.
In the letter received by Dindewar on September 9, it is mentioned that the quarters should be brought down on September 10, otherwise action will be taken by Vekoli as per rules.
As soon as the General Secretary of Rashtriya Koyla Khadan Mazdoor Sangh Intak KK Singh came to know about the said letter, he immediately sent a letter to the Chief General Manager of Vekoli Chandrapur area. The said notice is given.
Thousands of employees retired today in Chandrapur Vekoli area, they are still living on the Vekoli site, apart from those people who have no relation with Vekoli have been living there for many years, no action has been taken against them till date.
Except them, only one man is being deliberately targeted.
KK Singh has requested to submit an explanation regarding that letter within 4 days, otherwise, taking note of the corruption and irregularities in this regard, Singh warned the Vekoli management to protest on behalf of Intak.
