चंद्रपूर - चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील शासकीय कंत्राट रुग्णवाहिका चालकांचे मागील 4 महिन्यापासून वेतन रखडलेले आहे.
इनोव्हेशन संस्थेमार्फत निवड झालेले रुग्णवाहिका चालक मागील 7 वर्षांपासून कंपनीत कार्यरत आहे मात्र कंपनीने मागील 4 महिन्यापासून चालकांना वेतनचं दिले नाही, वेतनाबाबत विचारणा केल्यास चालकांना उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे दिली जात आहे.
रखडलेले वेतन तात्काळ देण्यात यावे अन्यथा 20 सप्टेंबर पासून चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील 102 रुग्णसेवा बंद करण्याचा इशारा सारथी आरोग्य सेवा रुग्णवाहिका संघटनेने दिला आहे. Sallery
चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्रातून स्तनदा, गरोदर माता व विविध रुग्णांना सदर सेवा पुरविली जाते, ही सेवा पुरविण्याचे काम इनोव्हेशन संस्थेला मिळाले आहे.
कोरोना काळात आपल्या जीवाची पर्वा न करता रुग्णवाहिका चालकांनी 24 तास सेवा दिली होती, मात्र त्यानंतरही त्यांच्याकडे दुर्लक्ष केले जात आहे.
इतर जिल्ह्यात 102 रुग्णवाहिका चालकांना समान वेतन कायद्याप्रमाणे वेतन दिल्या जाते, त्याप्रमाणे चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील चालकांना वेतन देण्यात यावे.
कम्पणीच्या वर्क ऑर्डर वर वेतनाचा आकडा मोठा मात्र प्रत्यक्षात वाहनचालकांना कमी वेतन दिल्या जात आहे. 102 Ambulance
इनोव्हेशन कंपनीने वाहनचालकांकडून 11 कोरे धनादेश व कोऱ्या स्टॅम्प पेपर वर सह्या घेण्यात आल्या आहे ते रद्द करण्यात यावे अशी मागणी सारथी संघटनेने केली आहे.
जर मागण्या पूर्ण झाल्या नाही तर येत्या 20 सप्टेंबर पासून चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यात 102 रुग्णवाहिका सेवा बंद करण्यात येईल, सेवा बंद झाल्यास सदरची पूर्ण जबाबदारी व रुग्णांच्या होणाऱ्या हेळसांड याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी प्रशासन व कंत्राटदारांची राहणार असे निवेदन सारथी रुग्णवाहिका चालक संघटनेने प्रशासनाला दिले आहे.
Ambulance drivers of Chandrapur district on indefinite strike
102 ambulances have been started under the Janani Suraksha Program under the National Rural Health Mission to provide healthcare to women before delivery as well as to lactating mothers. But the ambulance drivers have not been paid since the last four months. In an epidemic like Corona, they have done and are doing their work without caring for their lives and their families, but they are not being paid a proper salary and if they are paid, they have to wait for their salary for up to 4 months. Through a statement, the drivers of these ambulances have demanded to cancel the contract and pay equal wages for the same work and the drivers have demanded to pay the arrears of wages in 8/10 days and if the wages are not paid, they will go on indefinite strike from September 20. It has been given in a letter of demand to the Collector and Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad Chandrapur. This letter of demands was given under the leadership of Sarathi Vahandharak Sangathan.
There are primary health centers in the district , each having number '102' ambulances. A contract with a company about 27 drivers are working on the system. However, the drivers say that it is time for them to starve as they have not been paid for the last four months.
Therefore, a big problem of livelihood arose before the ambulance drivers.
