चंद्रपूर : जिल्ह्यात सक्षम अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या सहकार्याने गेली अडीच वर्ष चंद्रपूर जिल्हा प्रशासनात विविध कसोट्यांवर उत्तम कार्य करण्याची संधी मिळाली, असे प्रतिपादन मावळत्या अपर जिल्हाधिकारी विद्युत वरखेडकर यांनी केले.
जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयामध्ये अपर जिल्हाधिकारी विद्युत वरखेडकर यांचा निरोप समारंभ आयोजित करण्यात आला होता.
याप्रसंगी जिल्हाधिकारी अजय गुल्हाने, निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी विशालकुमार मेश्राम, जिल्ह्यातील सर्व उपविभागीय अधिकारी, तहसीलदार, महसूल यंत्रणेचे अधिकारी तसेच विविध विभागाचे विभाग प्रमुख आदी प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.
गेल्या अडीच वर्षाच्या कार्यकाळात सर्वांचे चांगले सहकार्य लाभले. त्यामुळे कुठलीही अडचण भासली नाही, असे सांगून अपर जिल्हाधिकारी श्रीमती वरखेडकर म्हणाल्या, कोरोना संक्रमण काळात विविध विभागाच्या सहकार्याने अतिशय चांगल्या प्रकारे कार्य करता आले. चंद्रपूर शहराबद्दल प्रचंड आस्था आहे. चंद्रपुर जिल्ह्यात केलेल्या कामाच्या अनुभवावर पुस्तिका प्रकाशित करण्यात येणार असून ते कार्य प्रगतीपथावर आहे. चंद्रपूर शहरातील जिव्हाळ्याचे विषय हे कायम सोबत असतील, असेही त्या म्हणाल्या.
जिल्हाधिकारी अजय गुल्हाने म्हणाले, अपर जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांना बरेचसे वेगवेगळे विषय हाताळावे लागतात. या कार्यकाळात प्रत्येक विषयात त्यांनी पुढे येऊन कार्य केले. मग तो विषय त्यांच्याशी संबंधित असो वा नसो. चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्याचा विषय व जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयाचा विषय म्हणजे तो माझा विषय असे समजून त्यांनी कार्य केले आहे. या अडीच वर्षाच्या कार्यकाळात जिल्ह्याचे अगणित प्रश्न सोडवण्याचे कार्य त्यांच्या हातून घडले. जिल्हा प्रशासनात कार्य करतांना वेगवेगळ्या पद्धतीची कार्यशैली व पद्धती अवलंबिली. विविध विभागाशी संबंधित प्रश्न सोडविले व आपल्या कामाचा ठसा उलटवला. अत्यंत क्लिष्ट व गुंतागुंतीचे विषय त्यांनी हाताळले यामध्ये त्यांचा सिंहाचा वाटा राहिला आहे, असे सांगून जिल्हाधिकारी श्री. गुल्हाने यांनी अप्पर जिल्हाधिकारी विद्युत वरखेडकर यांच्या कार्याचा गौरव केला.
श्रीमती वरखेडकर यांची मुंबई येथे उपमुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयात उपसचिव म्हणून नियुक्ति झाल्यामुळे जिल्हा प्रशासनाच्या वतीने निरोप समारंभाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.

During the last two and a half years of office, everyone got good cooperation. Additional Collector Smt. Varkhedkar said that there was no problem due to this, during the corona infection period, the work was done very well with the cooperation of various departments. There is great interest in the city of Chandrapur. A booklet will be published on the experience of the work done in Chandrapur district and that work is in progress. She also said that important matters in Chandrapur city will always be with them.
Collector Ajay Gulhane said, Additional Collectors have to deal with many different issues. During this tenure, he came forward and worked in every subject. Whether the subject is related to them or not. He has worked thinking that the subject of Chandrapur district and the subject of the collector's office is my subject. During this two and a half year tenure, the work of solving innumerable problems of the district was done by him. While working in the district administration, different working styles and methods were adopted. Solved questions related to various departments and reversed the footprint of your work. Collector Shri. Gulhane praised the work of Additional Collector Vidyut Varkhedkar.
A farewell ceremony was organized on behalf of the district administration for Mrs. Varkhedkar's appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Deputy Chief Minister's Office in Mumbai.
