चंद्रपूर : जिल्ह्यातील घुग्गुस येथील आमराई वार्डात दि. २६. ८. २०२२ ला सायंकाळी ५. सुमारास भूस्खलन होऊन एक राहते घर ४०-५० फूट जमिनीत गाडल्या गेले. या घटनेचे गांभीर्य ओळखून संवेदनशील खासदार बाळू धानोरकर यांनी प्रशासनाला तात्काळ सूचना करून हि गंभीर परिस्थिती हाताळली होती.
यामध्ये पीडितांना मदत करायची कशी असा प्रश्न पडला होता. याची तात्काळ दखल घेत पुनर्वसन धोरणात दुरुस्ती करून भूस्खलन सारख्या आपत्तीच्या घटनांच्या समावेश करून आर्थिक मदतीची तरतूद करण्याची लोकहितकारी मागणी पत्र क्र. २६९५२०२२ दि. २७.८. २०२२ या पात्रातून खासदार बाळू धानोरकर यांनी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्याकडे केली होती. त्याची दखल घेत आज मंत्रिमंडळ बैठकीत निर्णय घेऊन हा प्रश्न मार्गी लावला आहे.

चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील घुग्गुस येथील आमराई वॉर्ड हे ठिकाण जुन्या अंडरग्राउंड कोळसा खान परिसरात वसलेले आहे. Coal mine या परिसरातील बाधित कुटुंबाना नेमके किती अर्थसहाय्य व्हावे याबाबत कोणतेही दिशानिर्देश नसल्यामुळे वेकोलिचे माध्यमातून मदत निधी, महसूल व नगर परिषद प्रशासनाकडून जमिनीचे पट्टे, आवास योजनेतून घरे असा उवापोह करण्यात आला. याकरिता राज्यात नवीन पुनर्वसन धोरण तयार करून त्यांची अमलबजावणी करणे गरजेचे आहे. या नवीन पुनर्वसन धोरणात भूस्खलन, दरड कोसळणे, अतिवृष्टीचे नुकसान याबाबत सुस्पस्ट ठोस मदत असल्यास फार सोईचे होणार आहे. याबाबत मागणी खासदार बाळू धानोरकर यांनी केली होती.

विशेष म्हणजे याबाबत विशेष बैठक जिल्हाधिकारी यांच्या दालनात बोलाविली होती. त्यामध्ये पीडित कुटुंबियांना त्यांच्या हक्काच्या निवारा मिळेपर्यंत त्यांना प्रत्येकी तीन हजार रुपये किराया देण्याच्या सूचना त्यांनी प्रशासनाला दिल्या. ती मागणी देखील प्रशासनानी मान्य केली. हा गंभीर प्रश्न पुन्हा उद्भवल्यास प्रशासनाला योग्य दिशानिर्देश मिळण्याकरिता खासदार बाळू धानोरकर यांनी पत्राद्वारे मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्याकडे पुनर्वसन धोरणात दुरुस्ती करून भूस्खलन सारख्या आपत्तीच्या वेळेस स्पस्ट मदत व्हावी यासाठी समावेश करा अशी मागणी केली होती. त्यावर आज मंत्रिमंडळात सकारात्मक निर्णय झाल्याने आता तात्काळ मदत करण्याकरिता प्रशासनाला सोईचे होणार आहे. या निर्णयामुळे लाखो नागरिकांना लाभ मिळणार आहे. मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाला घुग्गुस येथील १६० पीडित कुटुंबीयांची यादी पाठविण्यात आली आहे. या निर्णयाच्या लाभ त्यांना देण्याची मागणी यावेळी करण्यात आली आहे. मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्यासोबत स्वतः भेट घेऊन घुग्गुस येथील पीडित कुटुंबियांना लाभ देण्याची विनंती खासदार बाळू धानोरकर करणार आहे.

For this, it is necessary to prepare a new rehabilitation policy in the state and implement it. In this new rehabilitation policy, it will be very convenient if there is clear and concrete help for landslides, landslides, heavy rain damage. The demand was made by MP Balu Dhanorkar.

A list of 160 affected families of Ghuggus has been sent to the Chief Minister's Office. A demand has been made to give them the benefits of this decision. MP Balu Dhanorkar is going to personally meet Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and request to provide benefits to the affected families of Ghuggus.
